Julie Porter has been a business owner for more than three decades. She got her start in business with a little restaurant on a remote stretch of highway that was going broke when she bought it. It was a struggle, and more than once they were one equipment breakdown from failure or one bad week from having to close.
Over the years, she made small changes, big changes, and totally reinvented the business three times to survive and eventually prosper. In the end, that same small restaurant grew into one of the top 5 restaurants in sales and profits in the state, and #1 in profits per square foot.
They sold at it's peak and after a break, Julie decided to go and and do what she loves best - helping small business owners build and grow their businesses.
